Virtual Worship
June 7th , 2020
Welcome!
While we can not gather in person we can still worship as a faith community. Please leave comments and join in the conversation on our Facebook page.
Announcements
- Next week we are planning to begin having in person worship services again. We will worship at 9:00 A.M. and at 11:00 A.M. The setting and flow of worship will be different than we are used to, at least for the first few weeks. For a list of changes and what to expect look Here.
- The Outreach Ministry rummage sale will continue in the Fellowship hall for one more week and it will be occurring from 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. this coming Friday and Saturday. The proceeds from the rummage sale will be used to help purchase the outreach building.
Greeting and Worship Through Giving
The source of Clyde’s devotion can be found Here.
There is not a plate to pass, but we encourage you to make use of our online giving page or make your tithes and offerings through a different format.
Musical Worship
Lyn Altman, our congregational song leader, has provided a recording of the doxology:
Kay Ridley, Amy Mosher, Cheryl Allen, and Clyde Flory recorded hymns for us to include in our virtual worship. If you would like to sing along at home, the words can be found Here
Missions Moment
Prayer
Prepare your heart and mind in an attitude as we approach the throne of God in prayer:
The Lord’s Prayer: Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
Children’s Message
We also have activities to share with you that was made available by the people at Illustrated Ministry.
Scripture Reading
We encourage you to read this morning’s scripture. If you do not have a bible available, then please consider reading it in one of the following translations you are most comfortable with:

Benediction
It has become our tradition to hold hands at the end of the service. Since we can not do that, I encourage you at some point today to reach out and connect with someone.
May you fully rely on God the Father
May you follow Jesus the Son
Being filled with the Holy Spirit may we join together and build God’s kingdom here.
Live in peace. Amen.
